Where are you located?

Milk Diva is secretly located in London, ON, Canada.

I’d like to pick up my order?

Sure.  Contact us through the Contact Us form and we’ll reveal our secret location in London, ON. You can pay online when you place your order or you can pay when you pick up your order. We’re fairly flexible with pick-up appointment times and can often accommodate last minute pick-ups.

I live in the London area and would like to try-on a nursing bra?

You are welcome to make a “bra fitting” appointment.

Tip: Buy a nursing bra very close to the time you’ll be wearing the bra. Breasts change considerably during breastfeeding and bras fit differently at different stages of pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Are items on the Milk Diva website in stock?

The Milk Diva website has real-time inventory for most items, which means the cart will tell you if the item is out of stock.

The item I want is Out of Stock. When will it arrive?

We try to indicate on each webpage when more stock will arrive. We are unable to individually email customers when new stock arrives but we do update our Facebook page when most stock arrives. Sometimes we offer pre-orders.

What about backorders?

Backordered items are shipped as soon as they become available.

Do you accept special orders?

We are unable to accept special orders for most items. The exception is Medela products. We are able to accept special orders for Medela products for no extra cost.

I’d like to cancel my order?

You are welcome to cancel your order or change your order up until it is shipped.  Just use the Contact Us page.  At that point it has left our hands.

I just realized that I need something else can I combine orders?

Sure, provided we haven’t shipped the first order yet you are welcome to Contact Us to combine orders or add on to it. We will refund the extra shipping costs for combined orders.
