Returns

Return Policy - 120 days

Milk Diva wants you to be happy with your purchase. Returns are often one of the hassles with shopping online but Milk Diva makes it easy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it, within 120 days (that’s 4 months), for a prompt credit, exchange or refund providing it falls within the guidelines below. Initial shipping fees and return shipping costs are not refundable. We do not have a restocking fee.

Be sure your item to be returned falls within these guidelines:

  • Medela, Ameda, Motherlove, Mimi Jumi, MilkScreen and other factory sealed items:  manufacturer's seal must be in place (once the manufacturer’s seal is broken the item is not returnable, if you have an issue with it please email us and we’ll direct you to the manufacturer for further assistance)
      
  • Clothing, bras, Bella Bands, Bando, and clothing accessories:  item must be unworn, unwashed, in "brand new" condition, free of odours like perfume and smoke, and include the manufacturer’s packaging in pristine condition.  Underwear and Spanx are not returnable, due to the hygienic nature of these items.

 

To return an item either log in to your Milk Diva account and follow return directions or contact us through the form below.  Please include item to be returned (or as much information as you have), order number, your name and reason. Once we receive the item with all the conditions met, we will then process a full credit, exchange or refund, less shipping charges, to the original credit card.  Please be sure to contact us to arrange for return.

 

We take pride in our products and our packaging but sometimes items can become damaged during shipping or the incorrect product is shipped. If you receive the wrong item or a damaged item please contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to make it right. If it’s our mistake or the shipper’s mishandling then you will not be charged for replacement or shipping.
