Bra Fitting Appointment:

We would love to meet you and help you find a nursing bra that fits you well. Send us a quick email to arrange an appointment and we’ll reveal our location in London, ON. Let us know what stage of pre or post-partum you are in and your approximate size so we can pick a few bras to get us started in the fitting process. The best times for us are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between 11 am and 5 pm but we can accommodate other appointment times if needed.

The Bra Fitting is very private. We only enter the changing area when invited to check the fit.   There are 3 main time periods to buy different types of nursing bras. The first time is while you’re pregnant and you have out-grown your current bras. You can at this time buy a non-nursing bra in a larger size but you might choose a nursing bra and hope it will fit you again later. It may or may not, depending on hormones, which are different for every woman. The next time period to buy a nursing bra is around 36 – 37 weeks. You’re gong to want to purchase comfortable nursing bras for the immediate post-partum time period. You’ll need a bra that is snug through the ribcage, very expandable through the cup and very comfortable as comfort is usually your prime focus at this stage. The last time period is at least 5-6 weeks post-partum. This is when you can invest in a more structured nursing bra. By this time your body has usually lost most of its temporary baby weight (meaning blood and extra fluid) and your breasts have figured out how to efficiently make milk without changing in size by the hour. So 5-6 weeks post-partum or later is the best time to buy the bras you’ll be wearing for the months to come.
