Shipping

 

 

Milk Diva ships by Canada Post.  We choose Canada Post instead of a courier for cost and ease of receiving your package.  At this time we do not ship by courier.

Shipping Charges:  To check what the shipping charge will be, simply put the items you want to order in the shopping cart, go to Checkout and click "Calculate Shipping".  You'll then see the shipping options.  Shipping costs change with the Subtotal of your order, so feel free to adjust the shopping cart until it reflects exactly what you want.  You have not submitted the order until you enter your credit card information.

 

Processing time: Milk Diva tries to process all orders within 1 – 2 business days of receiving the order. The Milk Diva shopping cart keeps track of inventory so, normally, if the website says the item is in stock, then it is and we’ll ship it ASAP.

 

Shipping area: Milk Diva ships anywhere within Canada and the USA, including PO boxes and APO addresses.

 

Shipping Insurance and tracking: All of Milk Diva’s packages are shipped with insurance and tracking information. You will receive an email from Canada Post with the tracking information when your order is shipped. Canada Post does not offer cross-border tracking.

 

Shipping timelines:

Expedited
within Canada

Milk Diva ships from London, ON, Canada.  Generally the closer you are to us the faster your order arrives to you.  Urban areas receive packages faster than rural areas.  In southern Ontario it is often 1-3 business days.  The coasts are usually 4 - 6 business days.  Northern Canada can take up to 21 business days.  Expedited is not a guaranteed timeline.  Canada Post standards state that packages can take up to 14 business days even in urban areas.  If you want to guarantee an accurate timeline please choose Xpresspost.

Xpresspost
within Canada

Xpresspost is a guaranteed timeline.  For timelines please check Canada Post's website at www.canadapost.ca.  This service usually decreases the shipping time by a couple of days or more and the timeline is guaranteed.  Milk Diva prioritizes Xpresspost orders, even though we always try to get things out as soon as possible.

To USA
Canada Post Expedited

Expedited to the US usually takes 5 - 12 business days. Milk Diva ships from London, ON, Canada, near Michigan and New York states, so if you are closer to us your order arrives more quickly than the southern or western states.   Please remember that your order is coming from Canada, so it does take a little bit of time to cross the border and can, occasionally, be held up at Customs.

Canada Post Xpresspost

This service is fairly costly but your order arrives fairly quickly, not overnight.  Please remember that your order is coming from Canada so it does take a little bit of time to cross the border and can, occasionally, be held up at Customs.

 

Customs Charges: Milk Diva is not responsible for any Customs charges incurred while your package is crossing the border into the USA. You, as a customer, are responsible for Customs charges as Milk Diva is located in Canada.
