Milk Diva ships by Canada Post.  We choose Canada Post over a courier for cost and ease of receiving your package if you are not home when it is delivered.  At this time we do not ship by courier.  Unfortunately the tracking information is not perfect with Canada Post.

Shipping Charges:  To check what the shipping charge will be simply put the items you want order in the cart and click "Calculate Shipping".  You'll then see the shipping options.  Shipping changes with the Subtotal of your order so feel free to adjust the shopping cart until it reflects exactly what you want.

Expedited within Canada:  We're located in London, ON, Canada.  Generally the closer you are to us the faster your order arrives to you.  Urban areas receive packages faster than rural areas.  In southern ON it is often 1-3 business days.  The coasts are usually 4 - 6 business days.  Northern Canada can take up to 21 business days.  Expedited is not a guaranteed timeline.  Canada Post standards state that packages can take up to 14 business days even in very urban areas.  If you want to guarantee an accurate timeline please choose Xpresspost.

Xpresspost within Canada:  A guaranteed timeline on this service.  For timelines please check Canada Post's website at www.canadapost.ca.  This service usually cuts the shipping time by a couple of days or more and the timeline is guaranteed. 

To USA - Canada Post Expedited:   It usually takes 6 - 12 business days for your order to arrive in the USA.  We are located in London, ON, Canada, near Michigan and New York states so if you are closer to us your order arrives more quickly than the southern or western states.   Please remember that your order is coming from Canada so does take a little bit of time to cross the border.

To USA -  Canada Post Xpresspost:  This service is fairly costly but your order arrives fairly quickly, not overnight.  Please remember that your order is coming from Canada so does take a little bit of time to cross the border.
