How do I place an order and make a payment?
Please use our online shopping cart to place your order. We accept Visa and MasterCard online. We currently are unable to process orders by phone or fax but it is on our "To-do" list. If you live in London and would like to save the shipping charge see the next question.
I live in London, ON, Canda and I want to pick up my order?
You may place your order online and pick it up in London, ON, Canada, since that is where we are located. Please email us to make a "pick-up" appointment or "personal fitting" appointment and we will then provide you with directions to our location. We do not have a brick & mortar store location. Note, at this time the shopping cart does not process credit card payments for "pick-up" orders, you'll need to pay at the door. Pick-up appointments may be scheduled for most afternoons, early evening, and sometimes even on the weekend.
I live in London, ON, Canada and I would like to try-on a nursing bra?
You may email us to schedule a "personal fitting" appointment. Does this mean we're going to help you try things on? Well, certainly, not. We'll pull out a few nursing bras, etc, that might fit you, and then send you up to try them on. We're happy to grab some other sizes or help you decide which nursing bra fits you best. We want you to leave with a great fitting nursing bra. Email us to schedule an appointment. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons are best between 1 pm and 3 pm but we can schedule an appointment for later in the day or weekend if absolutely necessary.
Are my items in stock?
Milk Diva has real-time inventory for most items which means it is available if you are able to add it to the online cart. The only exception to this are Medela products which, if we don't have them in stock, we receive them within 3 business days.
What about items that are Out of Stock?
We order from our suppliers on a regular basis. We update our website daily to let you know when items are due to be back in stock but sometimes they are on backorder at the distributors or are coming to us from overseas so we are not always able to give a definitive timeline. We are unable to inform you personally when an item has come back into stock. Please check back often. We're also trying to blog more often and will put updates on the blog as stock arrives.
What about backorders?
Backordered items are shipped as they become available via Canada Post Expedited.
Can you order something especially for me?
Most of our distributors require a minimum order so we are unable to order one special item for you. The exception to this is Medela which we are able to place special orders for very small items for no extra cost.
Does Milk Diva accept international orders?
Currently, we only accept orders that ship to Canada, United States, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, APOs and FPOs.
